We have an exciting opportunity as The Auckland Brand Experience Representative. This role is responsible for supporting the Auckland Brand Experience offering including the Tasting Room, Wine Club, and brand events through creating authentic and engaging wine experiences that grow consumer advocacy. 

The Brand Experience Representative will assist in daily tasks within the Tasting room such as, tastings, wine sales, answering phone calls and replying to emails. Preparing and serving platters to our customers. Making sure the shop and the kitchen is always tidy. Participating in regular events such as wine club and food shows. 

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure that our brands are represented to the highest standards in the Auckland Tasting Rooms
• Provide relevant wine recommendations and information to consumers
• Provide relevant consumer product information
• Foster our culture of collaboration and positivity, to ensure a unified work environment

Qualities we are seeking include:

• work experience in the wine industry
• Someone with a true passion for wine and the Villa Maria Brands
• High focus on accuracy and attention to details
• trustworthy and reliable
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proven experience and knowledge of the sale and supply of alcohol act 2012
• event management skills
